2 / Worship Technology Installer (Contract)
Description
We are seeking a skilled Audio/Visual Installer (Freelance) with a proven track record and at least two years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of installing a variety of audio and visual equipment, configuring cable connections, and setting up sophisticated lighting systems. This role requires precision, technical skill, and a dedication to delivering high-quality work for every client.

Responsibilities:
- Install, test, and configure audio and video equipment, including but not limited to speakers, microphones, cameras, projectors, video LED walls, and video screens.
- Install lighting systems that complement audio and visual setups.
- Cable pulling and termination, including Internet and DMX cables.
- Use various hand tools such as hammers, drills, screwdrivers, and other tools necessary for the successful installation of AV equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with audio and visual equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Work closely with clients and team members to execute projects according to plan, within budget and timelines.
- Maintain safety standards and comply with company guidelines and regulatory requirements at all times.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years experience in audio and visual equipment installation.
- Proficient in using hand tools and electronic diagnostic equipment. - Knowledge of modern AV technology and installation procedures.
- Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work at heights and lift heavy objects.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willing to travel if needed.
